Eric is the Founder and CEO of BelongHQ, Inc., a measurement infrastructure company that provides executives, boards, and investors with auditable data on the conditions that drive workforce performance and AI transformation readiness. He brings more than two decades of global talent leadership across venture-backed, PE-backed, and Fortune 500 environments. He has served as Global Head of Talent and senior human capital leader at SAP, Commvault, Xerox at Goodyear, and late-stage venture-backed companies, where he built and scaled talent systems, operating cycles, and organizational models globally.

Eric is the author of The 56% Solution: How Belonging Infrastructure Transforms Performance (2025) and the forthcoming academic reference The Belonging Standard. He speaks at industry and executive forums on belonging measurement, AI transformation readiness, and human capital governance.
