He brings more than two decades of global talent leadership spanning venture-backed, PE-backed, and Fortune 500 environments. He has served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition and human capital leader at SAP, Commvault, Xerox at Goodyear, and late-stage VC-backed start-ups, where he built and scaled talent systems, business cycles, and organizational models globally.

Eric is the author of The 56% Solution: How Belonging Infrastructure Transforms Performance (2025) and The Belonging Standard (forthcoming 2026). He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on the intersection of talent acquisition strategy, organizational performance, and belonging measurement.
