Eloi Faure is a senior director and Leader of WTW’s Integrated and Global Solutions business in New York. He has 14 years of consulting experience, including 10 years in global consulting.

Eloi is the lead consultant for global benefits projects involving multicountry and multifaceted challenges. With his broad experience, including health and risk benefits and retirement benefits, he has supported the headquarters of many large Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies manage benefit programs in more than 80 countries around the globe. He focuses on global benefits governance and strategy, global program management and coordination of multicountry projects, including benefits for internationally mobile employees, multinational pooling strategy and management, pension risk management, benefits/financial governance models, benefits benchmarking, M&A advisory and global coordination of financial accounting for employee benefit plans.

Eloi has overall responsibility for the growth and delivery of IGS services in the Metro New York area, spanning our global health and risk, global retirement, M&A, global wellbeing and total rewards.

Eloi is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst. He is a WTW Qualified International Pension Actuary and holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Eloi is fluent in French and English.
