Liz has over 25 years of experience in Total Rewards. She has worked in several multinational companies throughout the USA, Hong Kong and Singapore, including PepsiCo, The Hershey Company, Johnson & Johnson, Walmart and is currently with Chobani.

She began her career by managing expatriate compensation programs, before moving into total rewards, where she has focused on the design, communication and administration of global and localized executive, broad-based and sales compensation and benefits programs.  From these varied experiences, Liz strives to deliver total rewards initiatives which enable the business while considering the employee experience.             

Liz lives in New Jersey and is a graduate of Fairfield University, holding a B.A. in Psychology. She enjoys upkeeping her nearly 100-year-old home, baking, reading and travelling.
