Liz is an experienced public and private company Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair.  She is a Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Co where she served on its Board of Directors and Global Partner Compensation Committee.  Liz held multiple leadership roles at McKinsey including Global Head of the Consumer Practice (CPG and Retail), Global Head of the Private Equity and Principal Investing Practice (Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth, and Institutional Investors) and Managing Partner of the Boston Office.

Liz has extensive governance experience having served on 8 public and private company boards.  She currently serves on the boards of General Mills, Culligan International, NIQ and Traeger.  Liz has particular depth on talent and compensation issues as Chair of that Committee at General Mills and Culligan and a member at Culligan International. 

Liz is a Board Chair Emeritus of Dartmouth College and a former member of the Board of Advisors of Dartmouth's Thayer School of Engineering. She previously served on the Visiting Committee of Harvard Business School, was Vice Chair of the board of Cristo Rey Boston and a trustee of both Social Finance and the Winsor School. Liz is a graduate of Dartmouth College with an AB cum laude in Engineering Sciences and a BE from Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering.  She earned an MBA with from the Harvard Business School where she was designated a Baker Scholar.  Prior to joining McKinsey, Liz was an Edison Engineer at GE and a Systems Engineer with IBM.  She and her husband live in Boston. They have three adult children and one perfect grandchild.
