Eliza A. Fendell is an organizational change and digital transformation leader with 20 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations. She sees culture as the connective tissue of every company and believes it only becomes a multiplier when shaped with intention.

Eliza currently leads enterprise-wide change enablement for the Technology organization of Ryder System, Inc. Responsible for learning, culture, and internal communications, she’s guided the organization through a Workday HCM and Finance implementation across 35,000+ employees; multiple acquisitions; and Ryder’s AI readiness journey among other change initiatives. Previously, she served as SVP of Culture at Aeropost, leading teams across 20+ countries throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

Eliza is a member of the Executive Board of The Conference Board’s Change and Transformation Council as well as the Executive Council on Leading Change (ECLC). As a speaker, Eliza is committed to demonstrating the importance of change management in tech. She spoke most recently on large-scale ERP implementation and the power of purpose on the ECLC podcast “The Only Constant.”

Eliza serves as president of her Bryn Mawr class and is on the board of the Bryn Mawr Club of Boston. A longtime advocate for women’s leadership, she served in various capacities on the board of Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida from 2017-2024. A fluent Spanish speaker who grew up in Costa Rica, Eliza brings a cross-cultural lens to everything she does.

Eliza lives with her spouse Jeff and beloved dog Tagalong (named after the Girl Scout cookie of course). She keeps the door open for her children who are launching their own adventures into adulthood.
