Eileen Brown is the Sr. Manager, Benefits for Bread Financial. She has been in this role for the past 7 years, where she has contributed to the organization’s efforts to provide best-in-class benefits to their associates, while always keeping the user experience at the forefront on all they do.

Prior to coming to Bread Financial, she held various roles at her past organization, which she was with for 23 years, including Director of Benefits, Director of Recruitment, Director of Transition Management/Human Resources.

Ms. Brown graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting and returned to UT to complete her Master’s of Public Policy and Management when she was 50 years old.

She is a life-time board member for the American Heart Association and have served on numerous boards throughout her career.

Her recognitions at Bread Financial include receiving the HR Hero Award, the Extra Mile Award and the Hall of Fame Award. Ms. Brown currently lives in Little Elm, Texas, a suburb of the Dallas area with her husband John. Her three grown sons also live in the area with their families, which includes her four amazing granddaughters.
