France leads the Global Sustainability team at LEO Pharma, a multinational pharmaceutical company based in Denmark. She has over 15 years of sustainability leadership and strategy in the private sector, policy advocacy, civil society, and academia. Her expertise is on issues of social performance, inclusive economic growth and societal impacts, responsible sourcing, human rights, transparency, and sustainability community development. Previously she has worked at Ørsted, BSR and the Danish Institute for International Studies and holds a Doctorate in Political Anthropology from Lund University Sweden.
