Dominique Schroeder is a Sr. Benefits Program Manager at Guild and a benefits geek at heart.  Dominique is passionate about creating holistic benefit programs that are innovative, grounded in equity and belonging, and improve the employee experience.

At Guild, she has led end-to-end health benefits initiatives, including in-house benefits assessments, data-driven plan design updates, and ongoing employee listening campaigns. Her work has focused on simplifying complex health choices, increasing engagement with preventive and mental health resources, and building a holistic program that supports employees and their families through all of life’s moments.

Dominique holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Denver and is working towards her CEBs designation. When Dominique isn’t working she is wrangling her kids, Alexa (7) and Zaylee (5), watching movies, dancing, and crafting.
