Diana Ringe Krogh is Vice President of Social Responsibility at the LEGO Group. Diana sets the strategic direction for flagship initiatives such as Build the Change, a program that enables millions of children globally to develop creative solutions to real-world problems. She has also helped spearhead efforts around digital wellbeing and inclusive play, including the development of LEGO® Braille Bricks, designed to support children who are blind or visually impaired to learn how to read and write Braille in a playful way.

Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Diana spent seven years at the LEGO Foundation, where she led high-impact partnerships and programs aimed at redefining play and reimagining learning in support of children’s development.

Diana is also a committee member at Danish Industry, contributing to national conversations on sustainability, business responsibility, and innovation.
