Desiree Cadle is Senior Global Benefi ts Analyst at Sprout Social, a social media & intelligence management platform with employees across 8 countries. She drives the strategy, compliance, and day-to-day administration of Sprout's global benefi ts programs: from health and welfare plans to country-specifi c statutory requirements.

Much of her work sits at the intersection of data, employee experience and plan strategy: translating dense plan documents and regulatory requirements into guidance employees can act on, reviewing trends to understand how employees are actually using their benefi ts, and surfacing opportunities to improve plan performance as the company grows.

Desiree has spent nearly 10 years in Benefi ts, starting in higher education before transitioning into tech. Originally from the Caribbean and now based in Chicago, she spends her time outside of work cooking for family and friends, keeping up with K-dramas, and taking a vacation every February — escaping Chicago winters whenever she can.
