Derick is responsible for the Henry Ford Health Total Rewards strategies and programs covering over 50,000 teams in Southeast and Central Michigan.  Derick has been the executive leader of Henry Ford Health’s Total Rewards Department since 2021.  Derick is a strategic Human Resource executive, business partner, and leadership team member who is recognized for his ability to work across industries and specialties.  Derick has designed and implemented programs to engage and retain team members and create a high-performing culture. Derick recently led the integration and transformation of Henry Ford Health’s Total Rewards strategies and programs in a statewide joint venture. Derick has been with Henry Ford Health over 15 years.  Before accepting his current role, Derick served as the Vice President, Human Resources of Henry Ford Health’s Health Plan subsidiary, Health Alliance Plan of Michigan. Derick is a member of the Michigan State Bar and serves on local community boards.
