Dennis has served as a senior executive at several industry leading firms, including P&G, as CHRO at Walt Disney, and CHRO at Kellogg. Now, he serves as a Senior Advisor to Sun Capital Partners. Dennis consults on a variety of subject areas including strategy development and deployment, large scale organization change, mergers/acquisition integration and executive coaching.
   
During his career, he played a key leadership role in over a dozen acquisitions ranging from $3B to $54B in size. Dennis lived and worked in London and Newcastle but now calls Cincinnati home. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, holding a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations and State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor in Business Administration and minor in Economics.
