At the helm of OneTen, Debbie sets the strategic direction for a national skills-first movement that unites Fortune 500 employers, talent developers, credentialing organizations and community-based partners. Under her leadership, this coalition is creating a more accessible and equitable talent ecosystem.

 

Debbie's enduring passion for advocacy and philanthropy is evident throughout her career and personal life. At ADP, she served as executive sponsor for various business resource groups including Women in Leadership (WIL) and has placed significant emphasis on empowering and investing in women worldwide. Debbie is also an avid supporter of youth education and serves on the public board of Envoy Global as well as the boards for the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and Teach for America (New Jersey).
