Dave joined CuraLinc Healthcare in 2014 and became Chief Operating Officer in 2023. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, including nearly 20 years in workforce mental health, he brings a deep understanding of clinical operations and organizational wellbeing. Dave oversees the delivery of all clinical and organizational services, ensuring CuraLinc’s programs drive meaningful impact. He also leads CuraLinc’s team of organizational consultants, providing training, crisis intervention, management referral consultation and strategic organizational support.

Dave is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). He is
a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) with expertise in solution-focused counseling and organizational support. Additionally, he is a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH), demonstrating his commitment to advancing mental health care and workplace wellbeing.

In his free time, Dave is passionate about spending time with his family, running marathons and actively participating in Chicago's vibrant independent music scene.
