Dave Pawlowski joined CuraLinc Healthcare as the Director of Clinical Operations in 2014 and was promoted to Vice President of Administration in 2016, Senior Vice President of Operations in 2020 and Chief Operating Officer in 2023. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, including nearly 20 years in workforce mental health. Dave is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) with expertise in engaging and empowering clients and organizations through solution-focused counseling and consultation. He also holds a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider certification.

Dave provides both clinical and account services for CuraLinc Healthcare. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the delivery of all clinical and organizational services. He also leads CuraLinc’s team of organizational consultants – providing training services, crisis intervention, formal management referral consultation and organizational consultation services.

Prior to joining CuraLinc, Dave spent ten years as a member of the clinical department at ComPsych Corporation. In his role as Clinical Manager, David managed the critical incident, phone counseling and global services departments while also providing on-site critical incident response, managing formal referrals, conducting EAP orientation and training and providing individual counseling and lifestyle coaching. He provided consultation to HR and Managers regarding employee performance, productivity, substance use and potential workplace violence issues. In addition, he provided extensive support to the account services department through his involvement in customer implementation and direct oversight of several on-site EAP programs.

Dave received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and his master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.
