David Mocklow has spent 30 years across every dimension of insurance: underwriting, claims, M&A, finance, and capital management, most recently as Head of Strategy and Innovation at MSIG USA, where he helped relaunch and grow the business, including its acquisition of Transverse Insurance, and later led the rebuild of its operations. When risk transfer first moved to the capital markets, he was there, part of the founding group of Aon Capital Markets in the earliest days of ILS.
