Graduate of labor law and economics from Assas-Sorbonne University and a DESS in strategic HR management from the University of Paul Valery in Montpellier, David Lamy has built his career in the private sector. He started in Barcelona as HR Manager for Servair, a subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group, specializing in air catering. He then became Head of Human Resources at Galeries Lafayette's Parisian’s stores, before joining the Coca-Cola Entreprise group's human resources for 4 years, in France and then in Atlanta. In 2004, he created the Human Resources Department of the Starbucks Coffee Group for the opening of the French market. It will accompany, for 5 years, the growth and positioning of the brand in France. He then returned to Coca-Cola for 5 years as HR Director and then Director of HR World Operations.
In 2015, he joined Apple Retail as Director of Human Relations Europe, then became Executive Director of Human Resources of the Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024 in spring 2018.
