David is the VP, Total Rewards for Electronic Arts which recently completed one of the largest public-to-private transactions on record, requiring transformation of global rewards' strategies and designs.  David has worked with Compensation Committees and led executive compensation, global compensation and benefits across 4 companies.  Prior to EA, David held VP of Total Rewards roles for NetApp, and Newmont, and held other leadership roles for Sun Microsystems (acquired by Oracle).  In these roles, David has also led HR M&A, HR technology, operations, workforce planning, and strategy.  David holds a MILR from Cornell University and BBA from St. Bonaventure University.
