Dave is a credentialed actuary with fifteen years of experience assisting companies with health and welfare program planning, design, and pricing.  He has helped many of his clients align their welfare programs with industry best practices to ensure that employee attraction and retention objectives are achieved while minimizing program cost.  During his career at WTW, Dave has supported many large-scale plan redesign projects for large organizations, where he developed expertise with innovative strategies to improve healthcare cost and efficiency.  Finally, Dave also serves as the Midwest Growth Leader for WTW’s Health & Benefits consulting practice.  In this role, Dave stays at the forefront of employer health care challenges and connects consultants across the Midwest region with data, insights and expertise to help organizations solve these challenges.  Dave has spoken at many health care industry events, such as the annual Employer Health Care Conference sponsored by WTW and the Conference Board as well as at the annual Midwest Business Group on Health conference.  Dave holds a B.A. degree in economics from Boston University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
