Daphné Jara-Charbonneau

Daphné Jara-Charbonneau is a Member Development Executive at The Conference Board of Canada, where she works with senior leaders to build meaningful peer connections and advance engagement across executive councils. She partners with prospective and current members to understand their priorities and connect them with the insights, networks, and experiences that support their leadership goals.

Daphné brings more than a decade of experience in enterprise sales, account management, and strategic relationship development. Before joining The Conference Board of Canada, she held progressively senior sales roles at Gartner, advising C-suite marketing, communications and IT leaders at mid-size and large enterprises across a range of industries.

Earlier in her career, Daphné held client-facing and program-management roles at Bloomberg and the Canadian Commercial Corporation, supporting financial institutions, international clients, and government-to-government contracting initiatives. Her international perspective is further shaped by experience across Canada, Asia and Europe, as well as graduate studies in international business, strategy, and innovation from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
