Danielle (Dani) Monaghan serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Enablement at Expedia Group (Global Talent Acquisition, People Operations & Geo HR). Based in Seattle, she brings over 20 years of experience in global talent acquisition having lived and worked in Asia, Africa and North America. 

Throughout her career, Dani has held senior roles at prominent companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Uber. At Amazon, she led the talent acquisition team for the Consumer Division. She also served as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for Google Cloud and was the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Mobility at Uber. She is particularly recognized for her ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and navigate complex global challenges with ease.

Dani is passionate about mentoring and supporting future leaders in all aspects of Talent Acquisition especially as it relates to direct impact on business outcomes and the bottom line, when done right.
