Daniela is responsible for driving business success through the design and execution of Siemens’ workforce strategy. A lifelong learner with a passion for people, sustainability and transformation, Daniela, in her most recent role as SVP, Head of Global Learning and Growth in Munich, Germany, helped reinvent learning and development experiences for Siemens employees across the globe.

Driven by her desire to foster a learning environment in the digital age, Daniela’s efforts have made Siemens a leader in learning and development, ensuring employees are equipped for the future. Her vision focuses on creating a transformative learning culture that empowers employees and strengthens Siemens’ competitive edge.

With a background in engineering and business administration, Daniela has ventured into various fields, including consulting, corporate strategy, and sustainability. Prior to joining Siemens in 2008, Daniela worked for Deutsche Telekom and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Originally from northern Germany, Daniela is based in Washington, D.C. with her husband, two sons and their family dog Mailo.
