Dana Ripley joined Wells Fargo in 2024 as Executive Vice President and Head of Communications, which includes internal, external and executive communications for the enterprise and business lines. He also oversees digital media, measurement and design, video services, meetings and events, and alumni relations. Dana is based in New York City.

Throughout his career, Dana has held senior roles across the financial services industry. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he was Global Head of Media Relations and External Communications at NY-based American International Group (AIG); Chief Communications Officer at Minneapolis-based U.S. Bank; and Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at NY-based Voya Financial.

Dana graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies, and from the University of St. Thomas with a master's degree in business communications.
