Dan Grabos has been an investment banker for over 30 years. He is Head of Americas M&A at Barclays, a role he has held since July 2023. Mr. Grabos joined Barclays in 2018 as Co Head of Industrial M&A. Prior to Barclays, he spent more than 20 years at J.P. Morgan, working in both New York and London, most recently in the M&A Group.

Mr. Grabos holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and London Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
