Cynthia Williamson leads Total Rewards for North America at Ralph Lauren, overseeing strategy and execution across Health & Welfare, Retirement, Compensation, Payroll and Global Mobility. Over her progressive thirteen years with Ralph Lauren, she has driven major benefit and wellness design initiatives, strengthened compliance and employee experience, and spearheaded cross regional projects enhancing global programs. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Cynthia spent fourteen years in the media industry leading HR and Benefits.

Beyond her role at Ralph Lauren, Cynthia serves as Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Business Group on Health. In this role, she helps shape professional development programming for HR and Benefits leaders, while staying closely connected to emerging trends and best practices across the industry.
