Crystal Clark joined the American Cancer Society in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of experience in benefits and wellbeing. She manages ACS’s nationwide health and welfare benefit plans and supports a range of wellbeing initiatives, with a focus on making programs easy to navigate and accessible for all team members. Prior to the American Cancer Society, Crystal served as the benefits lead for a large Ohio school district, where she was recognized with a prestigious award for her commitment to innovation. She is passionate about employee engagement, wellbeing, and advancing health equity.

Crystal lives in Ohio with her husband and son. Outside of work, she’s usually on the trails training for or racing ultramarathons, including 100+ mile events and multi-day endurance races, such as the Legendary Marathon des Sables across the Sahara Desert.
