Craig Root is Chief Commercial Officer at Included Health, where he leads the company’s growth organization, client organization, and consultant relations. He oversees the teams that bring Included Health’s all-included care and navigation model—and its new alternative health plan offering—to employers, plans, and their members, helping expand access to high-quality, coordinated care that helps with members’ mind, body, and wallet.

Prior to Included Health, Craig has 15+ years of healthcare and benefits experience as both a commercial leader and also as a clinician. He holds an MSW from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelors degree from Hope College.

Craig lives with his wife and three children in the western suburbs of Chicago.
