As VP of the BTS Sales and Marketing COE, Corey partners with client leaders across various industries to transform their go-to-market strategies and deliver organizational change at scale. As a relationship manager for BTS’ most strategic clients, Corey sustains deep partnerships rooted in relentless innovation and a deep understanding of our clients’ business. Through advisory services, simulation experiences, and customized learning programs, Corey strives to enact lasting behavioral and cultural change within client organizations. Corey is known for his industry-leading approach to delivering rapid organizational change through large-scale GTM effectiveness simulations that accelerate his clients’ most critical sales and marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining BTS in 2015, Corey worked in sales for an early-stage San Francisco Bay Area technology startup, and he began his career at The LEGO Group as a Field Sales Manager responsible for managing customer relationships and operations in the Central U.S. Corey attended Williams College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Corey lives in Chicago with his wife and two small kids. Outside of work, Corey can be found spending time with his family, enjoying the summer months along Chicago’s lakefront, and hibernating during the Chicago winter.
