Corey Gilchrist serves as Vice President of Total Rewards & HRIS at Shamrock Foods, where he leads the company’s compensation, benefits, and HR technology strategies. With a career that spans human resources leadership, operations, and finance, Corey brings a deep understanding of how total rewards and data-driven HR systems can drive engagement and performance.

Before joining Shamrock Foods, Corey built a strong foundation in finance and accounting as a Senior Financial Analyst at Dial and as a Senior Accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Corey holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. He is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork.
