Cody is currently a Rewards Partner, US Benefits at Genentech, Inc.  He has been with the company for 14 years and joined the US Benefits team in March 2020.  He leads the health benefits strategy and programs offered nationally to 21,000 US Roche and Genentech employees and their eligible dependents.  He brings his employee engagement and corporate wellbeing experience to advocate for a progressive, employee-centric approach to benefits.
