Cindy Ryan is Head of Human Resources at MassMutual. In this role, Cindy works to build and execute a holistic, global people strategy aligned with MassMutual’s purpose, aspirations, and priorities. She provides leadership across all employee matters, including HR consulting, talent management and attraction, total rewards, and HR operations. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master?of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University.
