Cindy Perry joined PwC in 2021 and currently serves as Sr. Managing Director of the National Benefits team. She leads a team of experienced benefits professionals in the strategic and operational oversight of the firm’s health and welfare, leave of absence, retirement and insurance programs.

Prior to joining PwC, Cindy was the Director of Benefits, for a large multi-national energy company. She is known as a thought leader in her industry that has received national recognition and awards for her work on multi-channel benefits communications campaigns. She is a servant leader with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and is hyper-focused on improving the end user experience for consumers of the benefit plans that she oversees.

She resides in Houston, Texas, and is a graduate of the University of Houston. She serves in leadership roles on multiple boards and is active in her religious community where she mentors young adults including her triplet boys whom she credits with keeping her up to date with the latest in tech, AI and how to effectively engage the next generation of leaders and incoming workforce.
