Christynne Helfrich is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Certified Specialist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Since beginning her career in 2010, she has built expertise across the continuum of care, from athletes striving for peak performance to older adults seeking to maintain mobility and independence. In addition to her board certification in orthopedics, Christynne has advanced training in women’s pelvic health and is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Christynne’s clinical interests center on pain neuroscience, chronic pain management, and the integration of evidence-based approaches that empower patients to better understand and manage their conditions. She joined Hinge Health in 2021, where she combines her passion for innovative care delivery with her commitment to helping people overcome musculoskeletal pain and return to the activities that matter most
