As Vice President and Global Head of Employment Proposition, Christopher is currently responsible within Bayer’s Talent and Transformation practice for identifying the most advanced proposition through shaping the intersection of work, culture, organization and rewards - grounded in Bayer’s purpose, vision and values. Furthermore, he is acting as an advisor to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and its People Committee on Board Remuneration, People and Corporate Governance related matters. Christopher has lived and worked on three continents and has international work experience in international relations, management consulting and various local/regional/global leadership roles in multi-national corporations.
