Christopher Cardarelli (he/him) is an Executive Director, Human Resources within the Global Diversity & Inclusion Center of Excellence at Merck.  In this role, he serves as a trusted business partner providing strategic consultative support to enterprise leaders, teams and colleagues globally.  As a thought partner and catalyst, he influences the successful design and execution of more strategic and inclusive human resource practices, policies, and systems.  In his 28 year career with Merck, Christopher has observed that the greatest opportunity for continued growth and development begins with a mindset of inclusion, curiosity, empathy and gratitude.  He leads with a demonstrated commitment to understand, respect and value the lived experiences, backgrounds and perspective of others – not only to strengthen a more diverse and inclusive culture for Merck but also for humanity at large.
