Christine brings strategic and transformational leadership to her role as chief people and communications officer. Her multi-industry experience includes roles in human resources, administration and operations. She has led human resources, marketing and communications, philanthropy and business teams to deliver positive outcomes for teams, patients and customers. With nearly three decades of proven expertise, Christine is known for her focus on culture, team and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Patterson, Christine was the executive vice president, chief administrative officer for Allina Health. Her previous roles include executive HR leadership at Ecolab and Best Buy. In addition to her HR experience, Christine has also held executive leadership roles overseeing business lines for Best Buy and Best Buy.com. She began her career at RHR International, a consulting firm of management psychologists focused on executive assessment and development and team effectiveness.

Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Scripps College in Claremont, California. She received her PhD in Organizational Psychology from the Claremont Graduate University. She is on the board of St. Catherine University, where she serves as chair of the Education Experience Committee and is the immediate past board chair of the Montessori Center of Minnesota.
