Christi is passionate about the experiences we create for our customers and each other. She had a successful career as a trusted senior leader at Eli Lilly and Company for over 30 years with leadership positions across marketing, research, development, sales and corporate strategy. In her last role as Customer Experience Vice President, she was responsible for developing and leading the implementation of an enterprise-level customer experience strategy and foundational resources. She then defined and led the customer centric culture transformation and organizational capabilities strategy, catalyzing explosive growth and success for Eli Lilly and Company.

Christi is the founder of Keystone Experience Initiative, an experience strategy consulting business helping organizations be best at what matters most. She serves on several boards at the global and local level, allowing her to leverage her broad expertise and leadership across multidimensional portfolios to create better experiences for better outcomes.

Prior to joining Lilly, Christi worked as a market research leader for Research Systems Corporation. She graduated magna cum laude from Indiana State University, where she was named the ISU NCAA Student-Athlete of the Year and was a recipient of the G.O.L.D. (Graduate of the Last Decade) Award. Christi lives with her family in Carmel, Indiana, where she enjoys running, church activities, traveling, and visiting all the area farmers’ markets.
