Chris West is a Managing Director at WTW and leads the firm’s U.S. LifeSight Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) as well as its Defined Contribution Strategy and Nonqualified practice. In this capacity, she helps public and private organizations navigate the complexity of retirement and executive benefit programs by delivering practical, well governed solutions that support both fiduciary responsibilities and employee outcomes.

Chris oversees strategy, governance, and delivery across defined contribution, nonqualified, and executive benefit programs. She works closely with clients to design and administer plans that are aligned with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and participant needs, providing guidance on plan design, administration, compliance, vendor management, and corporate governance. Through LifeSight’s Pooled Employer Plan, Chris helps employers simplify plan management, reduce fiduciary burden, and gain access to a scalable, professionally governed retirement solution, while enhancing the participant experience.

With more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits, Chris is recognized for her deep expertise across pension, 401(k) and 403(b), nonqualified, and executive compensation arrangements. She is known for her client focused approach, helping organizations make informed decisions, manage risk, and adapt their benefit programs as business and regulatory environments evolve.
