Chris Tucker, COO of Diathrive Health, brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, technology, and leadership. Chris, along with Diathrive’s CEO and Founder have led Diathive to achieving 20x growth of the company over the last 5 years.  Chris is a passionate advocate for the member experience and providing solutions that reduce risk and cost for employers and health plans.

Prior to Diathrive, Chris spent over a decade at Optum, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare, leading operations, consulting, and IT teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.  Chris led several teams re-building and re-launching federal and state healthcare exchanges after the initial failed launches following the enactment of the ACA. Chris has also led several joint ventures with Optum and Aetna with new and developing solutions.  Chris brings deep healthcare policy and operations knowledge in the Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid markets to Diathrive.

Earlier in his career, Chris served as a U.S. Army Captain, holding key roles as Troop Commander and Battalion Logistics Officer.
