Cheryl Weber is Senior Manager, Benefits at Walgreens, where she supports a broad portfolio for the company’s roughly 210,000 team members, including EAP and wellbeing, life insurance and leave programs, outplacement, legal and financial support, and communications. 

She brings more than 30 years of experience across employee benefits, Total Rewards, HR and talent, with a current focus on EAP, wellbeing and the team member experience.

Cheryl works closely with vendor partners to move beyond off-the-shelf solutions, shaping programs, communications and support models around the real needs of a large retail workforce. Her broad benefits background allows her to connect programs, vendors and employee needs, dig into root causes, and help move complex work forward thoughtfully and effectively.
