Cheryl Fenelle Dixon is a global communication and brand strategy executive with more than 25 years of experience shaping corporate, brand and leadership narrative and reputation management for iconic and emerging companies. She has held senior roles at nobilia North America, AIG Private Client Group, Coty, Grohe, CHANEL, Pepsi-Cola North America and Ernst & Young LLP, working across luxury, beauty, CPG, financial services, home interiors and wellness.

A former journalist, Cheryl is known for turning complex business challenges into clear, actionable stories for boards, investors, employees and customers. She has led communications through acquisitions, restructurings, market entries and litigation-sensitive matters, and has built integrated brand and reputation strategies that connect corporate, product and leadership messaging. Her work spans executive positioning, thought leadership platforms, multi-stakeholder narrative development and high-stakes internal and external communication.

In addition to her corporate work, Cheryl has taught graduate students for more than 16 years in Columbia University’s M.S. in Strategic Communication program and previously in New York University’s M.S. in Integrated Marketing program. She also designs and leads professional education and upskilling workshops for in-house marketing and communications teams, focused on the critical skills leaders need to navigate today’s rapidly changing business and media environment.
