Cathy is a Partner and Aon’s Mid-Atlantic Broad-Based Compensation and Mobility Practice Leader, based in Washington DC. She has over 18 years of global experience consulting in all areas of compensation with primary emphasis on pay strategy, global rewards, compensation program integration, incentive plan design, performance management process, and global mobility strategy.

Cathy recently relocated back to the US after being overseas for over 21 years working and living in various regions around the world, including but not limited to Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and North America.

Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Cathy was with Towers Watson and Mercer heading the Asia Pacific global mobility practice (based in Taiwan and Tokyo, Japan) as well as being the broad-based compensation lead consultant focusing on emerging markets: Vietnam, India, China, Cambodia, Indonesia…

Cathy has consulted for a variety of multinational clients across diverse industries, including financial, health care, education, consumer goods, high-tech and telecommunications, and hospitality. She leads global and regional reward and mobility projects addressing mergers/acquisitions, organizational restructure, and HR transformation processes.  Cathy is a regular speaker at national conferences, as well as has authored numerous articles and researches on various broad-based compensation, global mobility topics.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She speaks English, French and Vietnamese fluently along with proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
