Experience and Specialization

Catherine is a Senior Director in the San Francisco office of Willis Towers Watson. In this role, she has leadership and client management responsibility for large employer clients, managing overall strategy development and ensuring client satisfaction with consulting deliverables.  Prior to joining WTW, Catherine spent 10 years as a Senior Principal at Mercer, leading consulting teams for clients in the technology, health care, higher education and retail industries.  Her previous experience includes leading account management for population health solutions at the Advisory Board Company (now part of Optum), working with progressive provider organizations implementing value-based care models, and 6 years at UnitedHealthcare managing medical and pharmacy relationships with some of their largest clients in the Western region and nationally.
