A cornerstone of Carrum’s team for eight years, Carly has been instrumental in the company’s evolution from an early-stage startup to a dominant category leader. She is known for her ability to operate at every altitude, serving as a bridge between complex health policy and real-world commercial application. Her deep expertise spans employer benefits, payer relations, and provider strategy.

Before Carrum, Carly honed her analytical rigor at Booz Allen Hamilton, managed immunology programs at Boston Children’s Hospital, and served as a health policy analyst for Israel’s Ministry of Health. She holds an MPH from Emory University, postgraduate credentials in leadership from Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a B.S. from the University of Miami.
