President & Managing Member
ProVision Health

Bruce Monteith is the President of ProVision Health, where he develops and implements practical strategies to reduce healthcare costs while improving access, outcomes, and the member experience.

ProVision Health approaches healthcare transformation across the entire cost continuum: upstream, before a claim occurs; midstream, as individuals navigate and receive care; and downstream, where claims are priced, managed, and paid. This integrated model addresses not only what healthcare costs, but why those costs arise in the first place.

At The Conference Board’s Annual Employee Healthcare Conference, Bruce will focus on LivezPH, ProVision Health’s upstream strategy and a pioneering application of Autonomous Prevention. LivezPH combines artificial intelligence, intelligent digital tools, and active care coordination to identify health risks, remove barriers to preventive care, and help individuals complete appropriate screenings and follow-up—before preventable conditions become chronic, high-cost claims.

Bruce is a long-term insurance and employee-benefits executive whose work is driven by a straightforward conviction: the most effective claim-management strategy begins before there is a claim to manage.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware.  His professional designations include Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI).
