Brit Wittman is the Corporate Vice President, Global Rewards. He is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns and motivates our workforce to accelerate Applied Materials’ Definition of Winning and enables us to attract and retain great people.

He brings over 25 years of experience, most recently at Chevron where he led the design, implementation and administration of executive compensation programs and was responsible for the relationship with the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee. Prior to Chevron, he held executive positions in compensation at Intel, Dell and Cisco. He has extensive experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal and Tax organizations to optimize annual total compensation and benefits spend for large, complex global companies.

Brit holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and several compensation-related certifications. He is also very active in several organizations including the Society Board of Directors for WorldatWork, where he serves as Chairman.
