Brian Storts is a strategic transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across healthcare, financial services, and consumer industries. He brings deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, culture transformation, and M&A integration—helping organizations translate strategy into results through inclusive, people-centered practices.
At Sutter Health, he led enterprise transformation efforts through a Strategic Transformation Office, achieving a two-level increase in change maturity and generating $2.7M in cost avoidance. He previously guided global transformation initiatives at Nike, Inc., and led change, organizational development, and communications at IBM. Earlier in his career, Brian led strategic functions at IBM, Wells Fargo, HSBC, and First Union, shaping strategy and transformation efforts during pivotal periods of M&A and operational change.
He is a frequent speaker on change leadership, transformation governance, and building enterprise change capability. Brian is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) and a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor (PCAI). He currently serves on the Prosci Client Advisory Board and is a former Executive Committee member of The Conference Board’s Change & Transformation Council.
