Brian Lane is a Managing Partner in the Boston office of Pay Governance. Brian has over 20 years of Boardroom experience helping Compensation Committees navigate their annual calendar as well as executive compensation design and governance processes. Clients span a variety of company sizes, industries, business stages, and ownership structures - including extensive work with both PE-sponsored and VC-backed private companies.

Prior to joining Pay Governance, Brian was a consultant with Towers Watson; domestically in Boston and Washington DC and internationally in Hong Kong.. Brian holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science and a M.S. in Financial Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
