Brian D. Davis, MS, RPh, is a former executive pharmacy officer in the managed care organization and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) space. His career spans more than 18 years of experience across multiple sectors, including pharmacy compliance; legislation and regulatory affairs; PBM and health plan management; market access and provider access for pharmacy; and medical pharmacy and specialty pharmacy programs.

Mr. Davis also has expertise with outcomes modeling; real-world evidence; data analysis; plan design; clinical study design; and value proposition and positioning development for pharmaceuticals. His strategic work includes initiation of partnerships, including joint ventures; conducting mergers & acquisitions valuation due diligence exercises in the PBM and pharmacy space; and advancing state and federal advocacy on regulatory issues across a wide range of healthcare sectors. Mr. Davis has also served as an expert advisor to private equity and venture capital firms.
