Brian Campbell is the US Governance & Sustainability Center Leader and General Counsel at The Conference Board.
He brings more than 25 years of leadership in corporate governance, including senior legal roles guiding companies through IPOs, M&A transactions, activist engagements, reorganizations, and enterprise risk management.
Most recently, he served as Chief Legal Officer at Trajector Medical and Trajector Disability. Prior to that, Brian spent over two decades at DHI Group, Inc. (NYSE: DHX), where he led its IPO and more than 20 acquisitions and divestitures. Earlier, he held senior legal positions at CMP Media, Inc. and Miller Freeman, Inc., including during its $1 billion sale and Nasdaq IPO.
A recognized governance thought leader, Brian serves on the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Global Board of Directors and has held multiple leadership roles within the organization.
He holds a JD from St. John’s University, an MBA from Molloy University, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
