Brian currently serves as the Vice President, Executive & Broad-Based Compensation at Medtronic leading all compensation activities across the global company.  Prior to Medtronic, Brian has 20+ years of executive compensation consulting experience at WTW.  Brian has deep knowledge in compensation program strategy, design, and administration. As a corporate leader in executive and broad-based compensation, Brian partners with business and functional leaders to generate stakeholder value through enhancements to career development programs, improvements in employee experience, and shareholder-aligned incentives. Brian is a business leader with 10 years of P&L accountability for consulting and data businesses, and a team leader (corporate and consulting environments) focusing on all areas of client satisfaction, financial stewardship, operational excellence, and professional development.
